With the use of TopAll, none of the terms of use are disclosed to grant the third-party beneficiary and rights. The terms apply to our provision and your use of the services, information, and materials through TopAll including visiting and registering with it as a student/learner.

Registration

Any user can visit the website to access our platform, you need to take part in creating an account with a username and password which is real. This is assured that we will never divulge or share your access information with any third party for any reason. After permitted by TopAll, the user needs to log in through Facebook, Google, or other platforms which are linked through TopAll with their respective login details.

If you fail to provide any mandatory information while registering, the account registration will be considered incomplete and the services may be denied or prevented. While doing registration make sure that the provided information is true for now and also in the future. If you have already registered with a TopAll account, then you can use the existing credentials to log in to the application or access the services.

Eligibility

Use of the service is available only to persons who can enter into a legally binding contract under the Indian contract act, 1872.

To become a user of TopAll, you should be a school/educational institution or a buyer of our account. As a user, you should follow the terms of service/terms of use unless and until a school/educational institution has a separate written service agreement with TopAll.

Indemnification

You hereby indemnify and agree to hold an online preparation platform i.e. TopAll, harmless from, and against, all claims, demands, and in law or equity, which arise from your use, interpretation, or implementation of services. This indemnification shall survive the termination of conditions of this service.

Limitation of liability

Under no circumstances will TopAll be liable to the user for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special, Exemplary, and consequential damages for any kind whatsoever unless the TopAll indicates such damages. You agree that this limitation of liability represents a reasonable allocation of risk and this liability revolves between TopAll and you. This is natural that every Application/software, product, or service would not be provided without such limitations.

User content

In certain elements/parts of the site, there may be new material submitted by the users. Our TopAll Won't take the responsibility for such materials and contents, Accuracy, or conformity to applicable laws of those materials. If you want to submit any materials, or contents on the TopAll website, You permit TopAll the right to store the information with us and to use those user contents for posting, maintenance and marketing if needed.

Free Content

Inevitable free content is provided to the user upon registering with TopAll. Those free contents are updated at the discretion of TopAll and they can be modified by the user at any time after receiving a notification from the platform.

Content posted on the platform

You acknowledge that the content/materials/posts and other sources that are updated on the TopAll platform are maintained under copyright and other intellectual property rights (IPR). The contents available on TopAll are purely for academic purposes and also for some other purposes that are permitted by TopAll's terms of services. You are not approbated to download, circulate, photoshoot, share, or copy any of the content that existed on the platform.

Subscription & Access

TopAll may determine the subscription options which shall allow access to the platform and services. Concerning some features and categories, the subscription plans will vary from time to time. While going for a subscription, you are responsible for the taxes (products & services tax) resulting from the use of the platform.

Note: All payments are not refundable. If anything is found as a non-payment for a subscription fee, then our TopAll reserves its right to terminate the access instantly.

Jurisdiction

The terms and conditions are Constructed by TopAll and maintained in accordance with the laws of India. If any dispute arises, then TopAll will go for the exclusive jurisdiction of the court.

Our TopAll is a registered entity under the laws of India registered all rights here-in. The copyright of all materials on this website is provided by TopAll.

License

If you are an individual, enterprise, or authorized subscriber, there are personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensed, and revocable licenses available to access the platform. We do not consent to perform any kind of activities on the website other than the access that we provided through terms of services/terms of use.

This agreement intends to protect our platform from unauthorized access and unwanted activity. So that the user can access the platform perfectly.

Under no circumstances, shall the student/parent modify the content on the platform. In such cases, it's possible, if you have access to the TopAll's terms of use.
You can download & store TopAll applications Expect to the extent explicitly permitted on the site.
Access or use the services of TopAll for any of the third-party benefits. But it is possible only by the user who maintains the account/registration with TopAll.
Access the data which are intended for you, Don't try any violate actions towards security and unauthorized access.

Warranty

You represent, A warrant that you have the necessary right, authority, or permission to post, upload or publish any video, text, image, software, or information on the platform through any comments/messages. It means responding to the pop-up notification on the TopAll platform to provide any support to other users or communicating with the platform that you use.

The user expressly understands and acknowledges that,

We request you to not continue the account that seems to be confused with. You shall access all the support from our platform at any time.
You acknowledge that our TopAll brings forth user satisfaction and loyalty.
TopAll makes the warranty for (a) User satisfaction to meet their requirements as we provided on the terms of services (b) The service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, and error-free but except few technical issues (c) Any errors in the software will be corrected as soon as that’s detected (d) the Information/content materials that available on the platform is reliable and true.

Complaints & Grievances

You understand that you may encounter any offensive, indecent or objectionable content/information on the platform while accessing it. You are accessing the application/platform/services at your sole risk and we will have no liability for the content that may be offensive, punitive, indecent, or objectionable.
